Let's admit it, there are so many options out there to develop our communication, leadership and critical thinking. It often is a matter of luck whether we get the best value and effectiveness for the training we sign up for.

First, in developing a workshop, we always ask who’s our audience…what levels of proficiency they are at…what challenges they hope to overcome…what do they already know? So, a workshop by Delapro for one group may be very different for another group even if the title of the workshops may be similar. Delapro is very big – almost obsessive – on the value that participants get out of my workshops. 

Second – and this is what makes our approach unique – the content of all our workshops is experiential. Whatever we undertake, we focus only on effectiveness and value, even if some (actually most) of our techniques are unconventional. We do not regurgitate popular strategies or reproduce textbook material unless we have experienced them ourselves. And we would build our lessons from them.
